Job description
Overview

Up to 28k per annum pro rata - part time 2-3 days per week with scope to increase.

We’re looking for Paid Social Specialists with an interest in D2C & ECOM to come on board with our remote team.

To clarify what we mean by "Paid Media Manager" - Those who can strategise ad campaigns, build ad campaigns in platform, optimise ad campaigns & report on ad campaigns running on social platforms (such as Meta, Pinterest & TikTok). We have an in-house creative team so you’re not required to produce creatives, but being able to plan, inform & feedback with/to the creative team is a must!

About Us

Blue Drop Studio in its current form is a small team of three with the addition of a variety of contractors (with ambitious plans) and a desire to grow. We would like to build a team that can help us do just that.

We’ve started off by working with smaller Ecommerce brands, typically those doing 10-25k on a monthly basis in revenue & scaling them. Some of our biggest accounts pull in £2m per month and some of our smallest pull in around £12k per month.

Our current client roster covers multiple verticals, but all are direct-to-consumer online stores and primarily lifestyle brands. We work with Jewellery, Apparel/Fashion, Fitness, Supplements, Cosmetics and Homeware brands. We’re not sure yet whether we want to specialise in one vertical.

We primarily offer three services to Ecommerce brands:

  • Paid Social Advertising, including AD creative editing & UGC sourcing services
  • PPC Advertising across Google platforms
  • Email Marketing setups & monthly flow/campaign management
About the job

  • Optimisation of active campaigns to improve performance
  • Measuring & reporting on tests, advertising campaigns and overall account performance
  • Get used to being very organised with your time & actions using our project management tool ClickUp
  • Work with the creative team to produce creatives that convert
  • Show up & communicate
Applicant profile
  • Keep more than just a finger on the pulse of the ever changing landscape of digital advertising

  • The following ad platforms are not must haves, but “nice to haves”: TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitter
  • Have a good understanding of how to navigate Google Analytics & should naturally be able to read through advertising analytics, regardless of the platform
Ideal candidate
  • Have a fantastic understanding of the advertising for Ecommerce & D2C space & the trends related to advertising
  • Want to try new things where it makes sense & not be afraid to take risks where relevant
  • Know how to read advertising data, analyse it & be able to derive learnings & ways to improve moving forward
Remote working
  • Since we’re remote, regular video calls are a must
