Qualifications

• Experience of delivering English and maths from Entry Level to Level 2.
• Driving licence and own transport required.
• Experience working with diverse groups of adults and young people.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver training tailored to individual learning needs.
• Achieve outcomes in relation to English & Mathematics qualifications.
• Maintain a caseload of learners and ensure their progression.
• Liaise with employers to keep learners motivated.
• Diagnose learners' English, Maths and Digital Skills needs.
• Develop innovative lesson plans and group activities.

Skills

Experience of delivering English and maths (entry to level 2)

Classroom management skills

Ability to engage and motivate disengaged learners

Education

English and maths qualifications at level 2 or above

Recognised teaching qualification at a minimum of level 4
