A leading telecommunications company in Newcastle is seeking a Customer Service representative to support customers with Mobile Billing queries. The ideal candidate is helpful, calm, and has strong interpersonal skills. This part-time role offers a competitive salary plus commission, along with flexible hours, training, and various benefits including healthcare options and family leave.
Where: EE Newcastle - BT Customer Contact Centre, Gosforth Park Way, Newcastle upon Tyne NE12 8ET
Salary: £13,379.73 rising to £13,698.13 after 8 months being here, plus uncapped commission
Start Date: November 2025
Part Time: 20 hours per week (can also offer 25 or 30 hours)
Optional note: important shift pattern information indicates the evening schedule with end times around 9pm.

You could be helping someone with a simple billing question or something that needs a bit more work and ownership, you’ll be there for the customer supporting them all the way.
You don’t need specific experience to join us. Provided you’re naturally helpful, calm, and can build relationships – we can train you on the rest.
