Job Description
  • Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements.
  • Prepare and process payroll in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and organisational policies.
  • Support the team with expense tracking.
  • Communicate with suppliers and resolve payment queries promptly.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting and finance department as needed.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Part Time Bookkeeper should have:
