What You’ll Be Doing

Processing and checking new business applications across pensions and investments.

Managing applications and liaising with providers through to completion.

Supporting client retirement journeys, including drawdown and benefit payments.

Producing client valuations, review packs, and preparing paperwork for recommendations.

Obtaining product illustrations and pre‑completing application forms.

Monitoring and updating the internal back‑office system.

Handling letters of authority, chasing information, and maintaining accurate records.

Responding to client queries with professionalism and clarity.

Preparing information for suitability reports and assisting advisers with case progress.

Ensuring all work meets compliance and legislative standards.

What We’re Looking For

Experience within financial planning, paraplanning support, or wealth management administration.

Strong understanding of pensions, investments, and the end‑to‑end advice process.

Highly organised, excellent attention to detail, and comfortable working under pressure when needed.

Confident communicator who can handle client contact professionally.

A proactive, positive team player with a desire to continually develop.

The Offer

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience & qualifications).

Monday‑Friday, 9am‑5pm.

28 days holiday, including Christmas office closure, plus bank holidays.
