About the Role

An established and highly regarded wealth management firm is looking for an experienced Paraplanner to support its team of financial advisers in delivering high-quality financial planning solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Technical Research & Analysis: Conducting research on pensions, investments and protection solutions; Assisting in financial planning and investment strategy development.
• Report Writing & Compliance: Drafting suitability reports and financial recommendations; Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Client Support & Liaison: Working closely with financial advisers to provide seamless client service; Attending client meetings when necessary to take notes and assist with technical queries; Supporting the preparation of annual review documentation and cashflow modelling.
• Administrative & Operational Duties: Managing and maintaining client files and records; Ensuring all compliance paperwork is accurate and up to date; Assisting with investment and trade implementation.

Ideal Candidate

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent), with a desire to progress to Chartered status.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and tax implications.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and report-writing ability.
