Job Title: Functional Assessor (Paramedic) - Sunderland, UK

Location:

Sunderland, SR5 3XB - HYBRID OR REMOTE (must live within 60 minutes of one of our offices)

Contract Type:

Permanent - Full Time and Part Time Opportunities available

Salary:

Starting at £39,000 with OTE up to £46,575

Note:

We are currently unable to support sponsorship for UK work authorization.

About the Role:

Join Medacs Healthcare as a Functional Assessor (Paramedic) and utilize your clinical skills in a rewarding hybrid role based in Sunderland. You will assess, discuss, and report on how health conditions affect daily living via face-to-face and telephone assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed reports and communicate effectively
  • Organize and manage your time efficiently
  • Use IT systems proficiently
  • Uphold integrity and deliver high-quality service
Essential Qualifications:
  • Current, unrestricted NMC registration
  • HCPC/NMC registration
  • Applications from HCPC Registered Paramedics, Physiotherapists, and Occupational Therapists are welcome
  • Minimum 1-year post-registration UK experience (NHS or private healthcare)
