We are seeking a conveyancing assistant or paralegal to join the busy Residential Real Estate department in our central London office.
Enthusiastic & hard working, you will assist a team of qualified fee‑earners in the running of live files. You will support all aspects of conveyancing transactions, from instructions through to post completion, liaising with all parties and providing administrative assistance throughout the conveyancing process.
Previous conveyancing experience in a legal environment is required. We support further training & development.
You must be confident and competent working to timescales, able to use your initiative, commercially aware and have strong inter‑personal skills. A team approach and flexibility are vital, as too is self confidence in talking to clients by phone.
This is a full‑time role. Some hybrid working may be possible after successful completion of our three‑month probationary period, although this is not guaranteed.
You will also have contact, with supervision, with various parties involved in transactions.
