Our Client a well know Solicitors specialising in Wills, Trust and Tax Planning for High net-worth individuals based in Wiltshire seek a Paralegal to work in Private clients. As a Paralegal in private Clients, you will play a vital role within the specialist firm, assisting with a variety of private client matters. Core Duties will include:

• Drafting wills
• Estate planning
• Trust creation and administration
• Probate and estate administration
• Powers of attorney
• Assisting in the provision of clear and tailored advice to clients, ensuring a high level of client care and satisfaction. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery across the firm. Keeping up to date with changes in legislation and best practices in private client law. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory and professional standards.

Ideal Candidates must have the following:
