A well-run, consistently busy body shop is looking for skilled technicians to join its team – Monday to Friday hours, 8am-5pm, with no weekend work ever.

Paint Sprayer Responsibilities
  • Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
  • £39,000 pa
  • High‑standard paint work on damaged vehicles
  • Paint mixing, colour checking, and spray‑outs
  • Prep, priming, filler work, and plastic repairs
  • Oven and air‑pressure setup
  • Quality checks and job card accuracy
  • Maintain paint rooms and use extraction at all times
  • Liaise with workshop teams and report issues
Prepper Polisher Responsibilities
  • Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
  • £35,000 pa
  • Prepare vehicles for paint
  • Complete de‑nibbing and polishing
  • Work on vehicles pre‑ or post‑refit
  • Liaise with workshop teams and report issues
Requirements
