Job summary

A leading healthcare institution in Gorleston-on-Sea is seeking a Paediatric Clinic Co-ordinator to provide high-quality administrative services. Qualifications

• 3 GCSE's grade 4 or above including Mathematics and English or equivalent.
• NVQ level 2/3 in business administration or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience in similar administrative role with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Provide a dedicated service to paediatric clinics.
• Monitor and manage patient booking pathways efficiently.
• Liaise with outpatient staff to ensure scheduling accuracy.
