Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Instructor (Level 2) and Coach Accreditation.
• LTA Level 1 or Level 2 qualification with coaching experience.
• Commitment to grow padel and support grassroots initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging coaching sessions for all ages.
• Run coaching programmes and events in collaboration with the team.
