Overview

Great opportunity to work as a Packing Operative for our client's busy logistics site. Staffline is recruiting Packing Operatives in Minworth. The rate of pay is GBP12.21 per hour. This is a full-time role working fixed shifts and the hours of work are: 7:30am to 3:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Restacking products on pallets (ensuring stability and safety).
• Manual handling (lifting, carrying, and moving goods following proper techniques).
• Completing tasks with attention to detail (e.g., checking labels, quantities, and packaging integrity).

• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Prioritise tasks to maintain workflow in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets.
• Follow safe lifting techniques (training provided), adhere to PPE rules and report hazards promptly.
• Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
