We are seeking a forward thinking and savvy Executive Assistant to join this vibrant, friendly and inclusive creative Tech Company in the Old Street.

Working in their London HQ you will have the opportunity to support their incredibly approachable CEO & COO as his Assistant and be responsible for the overall running of the office in London.

Based in a very eclectic and modern co-working office you will have the opportunity to support with diary management, meeting organisation, expenses management, booking travel and accommodation and document production.

This is a role with a great work/life balance where they understand the importance of a community feel to the environment, with happy hours, flexi working, and regular social events and they really value their staff overall.

To be successful in this role, you should be well‑organised, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance in addition to maintaining confidentiality.

Experience working in marketing/media/advertising industry is a big advantage at being efficient in this role.
