This role involves managing the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to product installation, alongside engineering and sales teams. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in sales or customer service within the automation industry, with a degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing preferred. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation in the Automation industry.
• Educated to degree level preferably in an Engineering, Business or Marketing discipline.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on inbound and warm inquiries.
• Work with the sales and engineering teams to create detailed proposals, technical presentations and solutions.
• Proactively reach out to potential customers through phone calls, emails, and social media.
• Build and maintain existing accounts.
• Carry out meetings or demos with qualified prospects.
• Work with the sales team to build strategies to reach sales targets.
• Continuously update your knowledge of products and industry trends.
• Contribute to the development of sales collateral and materials.
• Attend industry events or trade shows to network and identify potential leads.
