A public service organization is seeking an Organisational Learning Officer to drive change and foster a culture of continuous learning. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, data analysis, and supporting improvements within the organization. Organisational Learning Officer – West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service
Location: FSHQ/Hybrid Working; Salary: £34,434 to £37,280 per annum.
To drive change and learning in line with guidelines and frameworks, supporting WYFRS to build and maintain a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
