Overview

Organisational Learning Officer – West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service

Location: FSHQ/Hybrid Working; Salary: £34,434 to £37,280 per annum.

Job purpose

To drive change and learning in line with guidelines and frameworks, supporting WYFRS to build and maintain a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Key responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to recognise and support learning opportunities.
  • Identify improvement opportunities.
  • Undertake data analysis and reporting.
  • Develop improvement plans.
  • Use technology to collate data from a wide range of sources.
  • Coach and facilitate teams and individuals to create a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications and experience
  • Experience and involvement with internal and external quality assurance processes within a large organisation.
  • Experience of collating data and producing dashboards for scrutiny and analysis.
  • Experience in supporting a large organisation to identify learning and improvement.
