An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join a growing Supported Living provider. This role offers the chance to lead multiple services, drive operational excellence, and ensure the highest standards of person-centred support for adults with complex needs, learning disabilities or mental health conditions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Supported Living operations with proven leadership skills and the ability to balance quality, compliance and business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple Supported Living services.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal quality frameworks.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Registered and Service Managers to maintain outstanding service delivery.
  • Manage budgets, staffing levels, and financial performance across services.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practice.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commissioners, local authorities, and external partners.
  • Lead on service development and contribute to business growth strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an operational or senior management role within Supported Living or Adult Social Care.
  • Strong understanding of CQC standards and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and KPIs.
  • Relevant qualification: ideally Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
