Responsibilities include:

  • Leading day-to-day compliance and supporting SMF16/17, handling regulatory matters, risk reviews, and complaints with confidence.
  • Overseeing the paraplanning and admin teams, ensuring high-quality output, workflow efficiency, and adherence to SLAs.
  • Shaping and embedding operational and compliance processes that are pragmatic and fit-for-purpose.
  • Monitoring regulatory changes, updating internal policies (e.g., T&C, advice framework), and delivering relevant training.
  • Acting as the bridge between compliance, operations, and commercial strategy, driving continuous improvement and fostering a strong compliance culture.
