We have a temp-to-perm opportunity for an Operations, Admissions & Marketing Assistant at a prestigious North London school. Responsibilities
  • Hall bookings

  • Photography & Vidigami admin (photo management system)
  • Music department admin
  • Front desk cover as required
  • Clubs support for the Head of Operations

  • 4+ assessment logistics support
Requirements and qualities
  • Minimum of two years’ office experience
  • ideally already DBS checked
  • Confident professional who can make the role their own from day one
  • Natural authority, initiative to enhance operations, and ability to support admissions and marketing
  • Warm, personable, immaculate presentation, and professional demeanour suitable for front-facing interactions
  • Polished communication skills and a welcoming presence
  • Interest or experience in social media or digital marketing is valuable
  • Local candidates preferred due to early start times and location
