Job summary

A leading luxury care provider in Northampton is seeking an Operations Support Administrator to provide administrative and business support to the Operations Support Manager. The role requires at least 3 years of experience in administration, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities include meeting planning, event organisation, and clerical support. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary in the range of £28,000 to £30,000.

Qualifications

  • Hold a minimum NVQ / QCF Level 2 in Administration or Business Studies.
  • Have at least 3 years of administration experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with meeting planning and event organising.
  • Provide clerical support to the team.
