The Operational Key Account Manager (OKAM) plays a pivotal role in managing and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring seamless operational delivery, and driving continuous improvement across logistics services. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned key accounts.
  • Lead regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers.
  • Design and implement customer-specific logistics solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Monitor and improve performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Support RFQs and quotations with data insights.
  • Facilitate EDI implementation and maintain KN systems setup.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Management, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of import/export operations and trade regulations.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Willingness to travel and attend business/social events.
