Job summary

A leading geological services company is seeking a Survey Engineer to join their team in Norwich, UK. The role involves the operation and maintenance of various survey sensors on board a vessel. Responsibilities include active participation in toolbox talks, installation and testing of survey equipment, and ensuring the quality of data acquisition. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Proficient in the setup and operation of commonly used survey equipment.
  • Hold a valid Bosiet or equivalent / Hold a valid OGUK Medical.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in toolbox talks and risk assessments.
  • Install and operate hydrographic, geophysical, and geotechnical equipment.
  • Document and report on faulty or damaged equipment.

Education

BSc or HND in electronics or IT related discipline
Qualification in a survey related subject
