Salary: £29,000 per year

Hours: Monday-Friday 06:00-14:00 (hours may vary depending on client needs)

We are looking for an On-site Account Coordinator to support our prestigious client in South Elmsall. This role is key to managing onsite recruitment operations, coordinating staff, and ensuring smooth daily processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check-in and support staff at the start of each shift
  • Attend team briefs and client planning meetings
  • Update and maintain CRM records
  • Register, vet, and induct new candidates
  • Create worker profiles in the time & attendance system
  • Manage and update staffing rotas
  • Book and coordinate temporary staffing needs
  • Provide holiday and weekend out-of-hours mobile support as required
  • Support induction & training of new staff
  • Manage the weekly payroll process
  • Collate, analyse, and manage site performance against critical metrics
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met and maintain secure audit records
  • Report daily to senior management
What We're Looking For
  • Previous onsite recruitment experience (ideal but not essential)
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to hit the ground running
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
  • Full driving licence and access to own transport
