Overview

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Officer to join their New Business Team, based in Jersey. This full-time position will play a critical role in assisting Active Wealth and Funds with their onboarding processes. The successful candidate will be paramount in ensuring the efficient setup of a wide range of wealth structures while delivering first-class service to clients, client directors, and administration teams.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality service to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth onboarding of wealth structures.
  • Liaise directly with clients to obtain necessary documentation and information promptly.
  • Assist Active Wealth Administration Teams with the closing of client structures.
  • Review and approve Client Due Diligence (CDD) to meet regulatory obligations.
  • Review FATCA/CRS Self Certification Forms and ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain high standards and meet committed deadlines consistently.
  • Identify and mitigate risks across responsibilities.
  • Accurately record time and submit timesheets in a timely manner to support administrative teams.
Qualifications
  • Experience within a fiduciary business with a good understanding of structures.
  • Familiarity with CDD policies and procedures, ensuring regulatory compliance in documentation.
  • Knowledge of trust and company law, as well as AML requirements.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiar with current administration systems.
  • A strong eye for detail and meticulous in task execution.
