Sophie Lis is looking for a full-time Office & Sales Coordinator to join the team in London. This is a varied, hands‑on role that combines office management, personal assistant duties, social media coordination, and direct sales.
As a key member of the Sophie Lis team, the Office & Sales Coordinator will be the first point of contact for clients, support the Founder in daily operations, and help maintain the brand’s image both online and in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth running of the studio/showroom, including inventory, supplies, and scheduling.
- Coordinate incoming enquiries, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Coordinate logistics for orders, shipments, and suppliers.
Personal Assistant
- Provide day‑to‑day support to the Founder, including diary management, travel planning, and administration.
- Assist with ad‑hoc tasks, project coordination, and event preparation.
Social Media & Marketing Support
- Assist with content creation, posting schedules, and community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Help coordinate collaborations, influencer partnerships, and press requests.
- Monitor analytics and suggest creative ideas to grow brand awareness.
Sales & Client Experience
- Host and manage client appointments in the showroom, delivering an exceptional luxury service.
- Drive in‑person sales by building strong client relationships and offering styling and product knowledge.
- Support at events, pop‑ups, and trade fairs as required.
Profile
- At least 1 year's experience in an administrative role
- Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a small, fast‑paced team.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools, e.g. Canva, Photoshop, or video editing apps
- A passion for jewellery, fashion, and luxury customer service.
- Experience in office management, PA roles, or luxury retail is desirable
