Your mission is to manage day-to-day office operations, facilities, vendor relationships, and internal processes to keep nsave running smoothly.

📍 This is a full-time role based in London.

Who We’re Looking For:

You are driven, dynamic, and ready to join an exceptional company. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to go above and beyond to achieve outstanding results. You are someone who brings structure, efficiency, and a proactive mindset to operations—always keeping nsave’s mission at the heart of what you do. Low ego, high impact, and a deep belief in our mission is what sets you apart.

As Office Manager, you will:
  • Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, kitchen stock, desk organisation, and troubleshooting office internet.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including coordinating new vendor intake, monitoring contracts, and maintaining accurate vendor records.
  • Coordinate facilities and landlord relations, including liaising with Gaetan (property manager), handling maintenance requests, and ensuring smooth office moves or reconfigurations.
  • Organise food, catering, and event logistics, including daily Calo lunches, special events, and meetings.
  • Support office security and access management, including door fobs and 24/7 office access.
  • Maintain organised office documentation, including virtual mail, records, and office asset tracking.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, People, and Operations teams to ensure smooth office workflows.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events and offsites, including logistics, accommodation, transport, and activity coordination.
  • Support equipment inventory and management, including ordering, tracking, repairs, and distribution for new joiners and leavers.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills to manage a busy office environment.
  • Strong operational judgment and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to anticipate issues and resolve them proactively.
  • Experience in office management, operations, or facilities coordination, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment.
  • Process-driven mindset, with the ability to build, improve, and maintain office systems and workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of the organisation.
  • High ownership and initiative, comfortable making decisions independently and prioritising tasks effectively.
  • Comfort with technology and tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, or similar platforms.
  • People-first attitude, ensuring a welcoming and productive environment for all employees.
Our Core Values:
  • Pride in Impact: We take pride in the difference we make in people’s lives.
  • Compassionate Action: Thoughtful, proactive, and empathetic in everything we do.
  • Problem Solving: Creativity, curiosity, and resilience define our approach to challenges.
  • Inclusivity: We are committed to fostering an open-minded, non-discriminatory culture.
