  • You'll manage reception activity, ensuring calls, messages and correspondence are handled efficiently and accurately
  • You'll oversee the day to day management of the office building, coordinating maintenance, compliance and contractors
  • You'll manage meeting rooms, ensuring availability, presentation and equipment readiness
  • You'll control office supplies and stationery across the Group, ensuring cost effective purchasing
  • You'll oversee cleaning standards and shared areas to maintain a consistently high quality environment

You'll be part of our Group Support team, playing a key role in delivering essential support services across all companies and regions within the Group.

You'll be located in the village of Sherborne St John, a ten minute drive from Basingstoke town centre, at our company head office.

  • Enjoy a comprehensive rewards package including a competitive salary, company pension, sick pay, life cover, enhanced maternity/paternity pay, and long service recognition.
  • Earn more time off with a holiday allowance that increases with your length of service - plus all bank holidays.
  • Save on everyday essentials with exclusive discounts at leading retailers and supermarkets.
  • Get 24/7 support through our Employee Assistance Programme, offering expert advice, counselling, and practical help whenever you need it.
  • Enjoy a restful holiday break-we close during the Christmas period, giving you the chance to relax over the festive season
  • We prioritise your wellbeing with our healthcare programmes, annual flu vaccines, and for those who will benefit, a personalised menopause plan.
The areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
  • You'll bring experience working in a busy office environment supporting a large workforce
  • You'll demonstrate sound knowledge of office and facilities management practices
  • You'll communicate confidently and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
