Due to our continued growth, we are recruiting for a Part 147 Training Co-ordinator to join the Engineering Training department. Within this job role, we are looking for someone who has prior working knowledge within Part 147 training and will co-ordinate training and support the highest standards that we already maintain for the company.
Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate all training material for national authorities, with responsibilities including maintaining training records as per Part 147 training standards.
- Ensure high level security and access control measures are in place.
- Co-ordinate all approved training documentation and management of the audit system.
- Prepare and update maintenance training course schedules and instructor schedules.
- Ensure sufficient equipment and materials are available to perform the range of training and examinations/assessments undertaken.
- Maintain records for all nominated training staff and ensure all related records are kept up to date.
- Ensure fair conduct of examinations as an invigilator in accordance with Part 147 examination standards across UK and Europe.
- Develop and maintain training programs to meet the requirements of Ryanair Engineering operations.
- Demonstrate a hands-on attitude and strong organisational skills to meet training requirements.
- Communicate clearly (written and oral) and present effectively.
Requirements
- A keen eye to detail and ability to escalate issues to the management team.
- Ability to plan and work to deadlines laid out by the management teams.
- Good working knowledge of IT systems and willingness to learn new programs/software tools to enhance working methods.
- Ability to scrutinise and provide constructive critique where non-compliance may be found to the management team.
- Effective communicator and able to interact with the team through all types of communication (verbal, face-to-face, virtual).
- Open-minded, eager to learn new skills and bring new ideas to the team.
- Strong work ethic and responsibility for own work and timely completion.
