A recruitment agency is seeking an Office Administrator – Marketing & Finance to join a dynamic team in Wheatley. You will be responsible for financial administration, processing invoices, and managing marketing content. As Office Administrator – Marketing & Finance, you will enjoy a varied and hands‑on role combining financial administration and marketing support, where you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, and supporting the day‑to‑day bookkeeping, while also helping to manage marketing tasks such as social media content, website updates, and all marketing materials.
The successful Office Administrator – Marketing & Finance will also work closely with suppliers, clients and the internal team, and help shape how The Nova Team presents itself externally. Equally, on the marketing side, you will frequently visit project sites to gather on‑site media such as photos, videos, and customer testimonials.
This role would be suitable for candidates who enjoy both numbers and creativity. With thorough training available, this is a great chance to build skills and play a key role in supporting The Nova Team's operations and outward presence.
