  • Excellent IT skills with a meticulous eye for detail are essential.
  • Ability to start almost immediately is necessary.

Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Folkestone, Kent (rural location, transport needed)

Salary: £13.50ph to £14ph

Term: 3 months, possible Temp to Perm

Hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

Office Angels are proud to be supporting this successful construction business in their search for an Office Administrator. This is a temporary contract for 3 months initially due to increased workload, however there could be career opportunities for the right candidate. You will be working as part of a small, busy team in rural Folkestone with free parking on site.

Day to day duties in your new job would be:
  • Supporting the delivery team and bookkeeper with a range of administration duties.
  • Checking weekly timesheets on Mondays to ensure boxes and job codes are completed, obtain relevant manager approvals, and supporting with payroll.
  • Processing and preparing new staff starter packs.
  • Working alongside the training coordinator to ensure staff compliance and training records are up to date.
  • Arranging and taking meeting minutes.
  • Supporting posting job adverts.
  • Answering phones and taking messages, managing post and other ad hoc tasks.
