A growing agency in Bournemouth is seeking an Office Administrator to manage client communications and tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects. This full-time role offers room for growth as the company expands, alongside perks like on-site meals and a gym. The position pays from £18,000 per year.
We are hiring an Office Administrator to keep our teams, projects and staff organised.
You will be responsible for ensuring that when our clients request updates or changes, these are added to our management system, assigned to the right team members, and completed to our exacting standards.
The ideal candidate will be happy talking on the phone with clients, have great written skills for composing and sending emails. You will also have great personal skills for engaging with team members on new work requests. You will also be extremely organised and happy to take a significant role within the company ensuring that our team management system is always correct and up to date.
We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us as Blue Thirst gets larger. Over time we see this role becoming a management position with a team, so the role offers significant room for growth.
