Overview

Ocean Freight Export Coordinator - £30K- £36K - Oldbury (Birmingham)

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage Ocean Exports start to finish
• Provide an exceptional customer care standard at all times with daily communication on the phone
• Handle customs entries
• Use Cargowise knowledge (preferred)
• Build relationships and increase business with existing clients
• Invoice jobs on completion

Requirements

• Ocean Freight experience
• Export experience is essential
• Previous experience of working for a Freight Forwarder is essential
• Operational skills
• Excellent customer service experience

Package & Benefits

• Salary: £30K- £36K depending on experience
• 20 days increasing to 25 holidays plus bank holidays
• Pension - Company contribution 7.5%

• Monday-Friday 37.5 hours per week 9-5
