Main Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardized tools to identify individual client needs. Formulate and implement effective, individualized rehabilitation programs.
• Continuously monitor client progress and adjust intervention plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Work closely within a multi-disciplinary team of allied health professionals to provide holistic care.
• Educate and train caregivers/families on how to carry out home therapy programs effectively.
• Stay updated on current research, industry trends, and assist in data collection for action research activities.

Job Requirements

• Recognized Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Fully Registered (or eligible for registration) with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for client intervention and care.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is advantageous.
• Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
