The Toxicology Business, part of Abbott Rapid Diagnostics, is currently recruiting for a OH Customer Services Administrator. The role would be based in our Abingdon (Oxfordshire) office. We’re looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic Occupational Health (OH) team within the Toxicology business unit. Based at our Abingdon office, you’ll play a key role in supporting the seamless delivery of our Occupational Health services to clients across the UK. This is more than just an admin role, it’s an opportunity to be part of a team that helps keep workplaces safe, healthy, and compliant.

Responsibilities
  • Clinic Coordination: Set up and manage clinic calendars in our Occupational Health Management System to enable smooth appointment scheduling.
  • Clinician Support: Maintain clinicians’ schedules, including managing annual leave and training time.
  • Supplier Liaison: Collaborate with third‑party providers to ensure clinics are fully resourced and run efficiently.
  • Documentation Management: Upload reports and certificates from third‑party services, ensuring timely delivery to clients in line with KPIs.
  • System Administration: Perform a variety of administrative tasks within our Occupational Health Management System to keep everything running like clockwork.
  • General Admin Support: Provide day‑to‑day administrative assistance to support the wider team and business objectives.
  • Team Collaboration: Support with other duties as needed to help the team succeed.
Qualifications & Competencies
  • Education to national standards.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • IT literate with a good working knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook.
  • Experience of working for a service provider in a related field is preferable.
  • Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
  • Be customer and quality focused, pioneering – Ability to work with your line manager and the wider business to support with Continuous Improvement projects.
