Job summary

A large manufacturing company is seeking an Administrator for a 12-month initial contract in Stevenage with hybrid working. The role focuses on providing administrative support to the occupational health team, managing the occupational health database, and assisting with statistical analysis. Ideal candidates will have a proactive approach, able to multitask, possess good IT skills (MS Office), and experience in customer service. Training will be provided for candidates without previous OH experience.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service and accurate meeting minute taking.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Very good IT skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administration support to the occupational health team.
  • Manage the occupational health database and provide statistical analysis.
  • Support the OH Manager with filing and excel tracking.
