We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Interventions Facilitator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting prisoners to make meaningful and lasting changes to their behaviour. As an Interventions Facilitator, you will deliver a range of accredited and non-accredited offending behaviour programmes to individuals and groups. Working in line with national guidelines and standards, your primary goal will be to support participants' rehabilitation by ensuring treatment integrity and maintaining high-quality programme delivery.
