A prominent health organization in Cornwall is seeking a Band 4 Nursing Associate to join their community mental health team. The successful candidate will conduct patient reviews and support Care Coordinators. This role requires experience in mental health, along with a Nursing Associate Foundation Degree and NMC registration. The position offers 37.5 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 nursing associate to work within the Mid Cornwall Locality in the Older People's Mental Health Community Service.
This is a newly developed role and the successful applicant will work within the Multidisciplinary team, completing mental health reviews for patients and supporting the Care Co‑ordinator's in their role.

This role requires the applicant to be able to independently travel to patients' houses within the Mid Cornwall area and will require loan working.
The position is for 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 (excluding a 0.5‑hour unpaid lunch break each day).

The role will also require working within the Multidisciplinary Team, supporting the Community Psychiatric Nurses within the service in their roles as Care co‑ordinators and Duty Clinicians.
