Nursery Team Leader – Burgess Hill

Salary: Up to £, per annum

Qualification: Level 3 Early Years Qualified (Essential)

Are you an experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking to take the next step into a leadership role? We are recruiting a dedicated Nursery Team Leader in Burgess Hill to lead a passionate team of early years practitioners, delivering high-quality care and education for children.

Key Duties & Responsibilities :
  • Lead and supervise the nursery team, ensuring smooth daily operations
  • Support staff development and training, providing guidance and mentorship
  • Maintain high standards of care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Oversee keycarer allocation and monitor children’s progress
  • Conduct regular staff appraisals and provide constructive feedback
  • Promote a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for children
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and the local community
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safeguarding, and health & safety standards
