We are looking for a Nursery Manager to work in a nursery based in South Oxfordshire the salary is up to £45,000 depending on experience and qualifications. The nursery would also be willing to train someone with experience as a Deputy Manager up to be a Manager so a great opportunity for career progression.
The role is full time working 40 hours per week, you will work alongside the area managers to ensure a smooth handover within the nursery. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the nursery, budgets, staffing and intake of children and safeguarding. You will be responsible for the recruitment of staff and appraisals as well as running team meetings and training courses.
You must be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in childcare and education however further qualifications would be advantageous. You will be ensuring that the children have a safe and happy environment to thrive in and ensure that the nursery is managed in line with company policy and OFSTED requirements.
The successful candidate will have some experience working within a management team, will be focused and happy leading a well established team of staff .
