We are now looking for a Nights Team Leader for our Harworth site on a full-time and permanent contract.

Shift: Monday-Friday 22:00-06:00.

Salary: £15.44 per hour (£12.69 per hour + £1.00 per Team Leader Premium + £1.75 per hour Nights Premium).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Shift Manager and Shift Supervisors with disciplinary and grievance investigations and interviews.
  • Carrying out return-to-work interviews.
  • Managing and motivating the team to ensure productivity is achieved.
  • Developing and training all team members to maximize their contributions.
  • Conducting daily briefings to keep the team informed.
  • Ensuring all warehouse areas comply with Health & Safety and hygiene policies.
  • Achieving shift performance targets.
  • Utilizing resources efficiently at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Strong warehouse experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proactive with decision-making abilities.
  • Good knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Computer literate.
  • Professional, approachable, and helpful attitude.
