We're a warm, family-owned Residential Dementia Care Home in Guildford – and we're searching for experienced Senior Care Assistants / Night Team Leaders who are ready to lead with compassion, confidence, and care.

What Night Team Leaders will be doing:

• Leading and supervising our night care team
• Dispensing medication & updating care plans
• Ensuring residents receive outstanding care and support
• Communicating clearly with staff, residents, and families

What we're seeking in a Night Team Leader:

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care
• Previous Care Home / Nursing Home experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A caring, kind, and compassionate nature
