Overview

Aran Hall School, Rhydymain, Dolgellau, Gwynedd, LL40 2AR

Salary: £24,642.80 - £25,498.20 per year (weekend bonus included) dependent on experience and qualifications

Full-time – 35 hours per week; each shift is 10pm – 8am, every other weekend off.

A bonus payment of £1,500 will be payable to new care staff (Support Worker grade only) who join us with a relevant qualification (t’s & c’s apply).

20 nights holiday, good pension scheme, employee assistance programme, and paid training.

We provide 52 week residential care with education to children and young people with a range of learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviour.

  • Ensure that each young person is supported and cared for throughout the night in accordance with the highest professional standards.
  • Follow our policies and procedures at all times.
  • Join a team of experienced professionals and attend regular training sessions to maintain up-to-date knowledge for delivering high-quality care.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Previous experience is beneficial, but not essential as we provide training and a full induction.
  • Ability to undertake required training and comply with safeguarding and DBS requirements as part of employment.
  • Commitment to working night shifts (10pm–8am) with an every-other-weekend off pattern.
