A children's care organization in Dolgellau is seeking a Support Worker for night shifts. The role involves providing care for young people with learning disabilities, following policies, and participating in training. Benefits include a salary of £24,642.80 - £25,498.20 per year, a £1,500 bonus for new staff with qualifications, 20 nights holiday, and a pension scheme.
Aran Hall School, Rhydymain, Dolgellau, Gwynedd, LL40 2AR
Salary: £24,642.80 - £25,498.20 per year (weekend bonus included) dependent on experience and qualifications
Full-time – 35 hours per week; each shift is 10pm – 8am, every other weekend off.
A bonus payment of £1,500 will be payable to new care staff (Support Worker grade only) who join us with a relevant qualification (t’s & c’s apply).
20 nights holiday, good pension scheme, employee assistance programme, and paid training.
We provide 52 week residential care with education to children and young people with a range of learning disabilities and associated challenging behaviour.
