Responsibilities

• Plan load activity based on priorities (orders, location, etc.).
• Monitor customer requests, allocate jobs, and issue instructions.
• Keep up to date with transport issues and adjust schedules as needed.
• Communicate fleet availability and updates to the wider team.
• Liaise with drivers and colleagues to ensure timely collections and deliveries.
• Pre-brief and de-brief drivers on nightly runs.
• Record collection/delivery statuses and elevate discrepancies appropriately.
• Troubleshoot transport-related issues in real-time.
