Cheval Collection is currently recruiting a Night Receptionist to join our Front Office team at our luxury serviced apartments in Cheval Harrington Court, South Kensington. This role involves working a shift pattern of 30 hours over 3 days. As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing courteous, efficient, and friendly service to residents, while maintaining security. Responsibilities include guest enquiries, arrivals and departures, administration, floor walks, and keeping the front desk area tidy.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Can work independently and in a small team
• Have at least 4 years of experience as a receptionist in a 4- or 5-star hotel or luxury apartment environment
• Are experienced with systems and possess good computer skills
• Take pride in their work
• Have a friendly, professional, and warm manner
• Can build excellent relationships with guests
• Have good knowledge of London, restaurants, and sites
• Have previous experience in a luxury service environment
