Job description

Our client based in CV37 Stratford upon Avon is looking for a night shift operator.

Details:

• Hourly rate: £14.75
• Temp to perm after 16 weeks
• Shift pattern: Nights - 5 on, 2 off, 5 on, 3 off (repeated)
• Hours: 7pm to 7am
• Attendance bonus: £200 per month when on nights (not applicable if a sick day is taken within that pay month, after probation)
• Performance bonus: 3% paid twice a year (Summer & Christmas) after probation

Responsibilities:

3. Ensure products meet ISO/BAA or other relevant quality standards.
4. Perform daily checks on materials, equipment, and performance requirements.
5. Participate in a cross-functional team environment.
6. Work with hand tools, machines, and chemicals when trained, following all safety protocols.
7. Accurately complete associated paperwork and records.
8. Maintain a high level of housekeeping in your area at all times.
