As a Casual Night Porter, you’ll be right in the heart of the hotel. We want you to take pride in supporting your Head of Department and keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll be stepping into a busy role as part of a vibrant team, maximising guest satisfaction by delivering excellent guest care at all times. You’ll interact with guests at welcome and departure, help shape their experience by getting involved in the Kitchen to prepare room service orders, set Meeting & Event Rooms, and keep the hotel clean.
