Night Nurse (RGN or RMN) - Full-Time

4 Nights per Week | 8pm-8am | Alternate Weekends

£24.42 per hour + Paid Breaks | 48 Hours Weekly

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering person-centred nursing care throughout the night shift, managing a wide range of clinical needs with professionalism and compassion.

Duties

• Leading the night care team across 60 beds
• Managing medications, clinical interventions, and wound care
• Handling PEG feeds, catheters, and tracheostomy care
• Completing documentation and handovers accurately
• Ensuring the comfort, safety, and dignity of all residents overnight

What We're Looking For

• NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
• Must be clinically confident with experience in PEGs, catheters, tracheostomies
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Calm, resilient, and able to manage the night shift independently
• Experience in a similar nursing home or complex care environment preferred
