Overview

The 55 by Le Mirage is Bayswater’s Premier Boutique Hotel, situated with close connections to Notting Hill, Hyde Park and Paddington.

What will you be doing?

• Carry out the minimum of 2 security checks at regular intervals with special emphasis on security, fire and safety.
• Check hotel guests in and out and assist with luggage when required.
• Serve light snacks to company standards.
• Ensure all revenue is correctly charged and monies are securely kept.
• To ensure the total cash takings balance with the Mews settlements report and the receipt sheet and to complete the banking according to the correct procedure.
• Ensure a sound knowledge of the local area regarding history, places of interest and special events and where further information can be obtained.
• Actioning of early morning calls at the time specified and to the standards laid down.
• The preparation of Breakfast Service.
• Cleaning of areas as requested, removal of all trays from public areas, bedroom corridors as necessary.
• To attend all relevant training as and when required.
• To show willingness to take on additional responsibilities when necessary. The role has an element of F&B service.
