TSR Legal have a rare opportunity for a 3-5 PQE Solicitor to join a superb regional firm in their search to recruit a Solicitor / Associate into its Commercial Property team in Taunton offering flexible Hybrid working.

Responsibilities

• Advises on the full scope of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, negotiating and drafting commercial leases, planning matters and agricultural property matters.
• The team acts on behalf of a varied portfolio of clients, consisting of small owner managed businesses, private and public bodies and property developers.
• Contributes to maintaining in‑depth knowledge of both the regional and national property market.

Qualifications

• 3+ PQE Solicitors with commercial property knowledge and a strong commercial approach to their work.
