This is a fantastic opportunity join a leading commercial insurance brokerage in a managerial position leading a team of account handlers / new business executives primarily dealing with small and medium sized commercial clients insurance requirements.
This role requires a positive and dynamic individual who enjoys being a source of motivation able to manage effectively, driving revenue targets, and maintaining a positive and enjoyable working environment. You will be mentoring, motivating and identifying and implementing ongoing training with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Although this role would ideally be suited to an individual with insurance experience, our client is more interested in the correct sales management and people skills, therefore would be more than happy to consider applicants from non-insurance backgrounds with the transferrable sales and leadership qualities.
Our client is keen to offer great flexibility; the team are currently working from both the office and from home or a mixture of the two.
